Greg Avery did not follow Oklahoma state code. He did not put a vapor barrier under concrete. After wood floors buckled, he sanded them down and refinished them, WITH THE AIR-CONDITIONER RUNNING. I would NEVER build with Greg Avery Homes.
I took a friends recommendation to work with Greg Avery Homes and I do not regret it at all. I recommend them all the time. Very nice, personable, and knowledgeable .
