You should be ashamed of yourselves. First of all the pay off is DOUBLE the tax. You claim to be helping people but you are not helping anyone but yourself. Also, as in my case, the taxes have not yet been paid because someone died and we have to go thru probate. You are vultures, just as bad as realtors searching the obituaries for properties. Helping ONLY yourself as I said.
