THE INMATES ARE RUNNING THE ASYLUM!
I have used this company for several years and never had a problem... up until now. The owner seemed like a nice guy... although he has not responded to my requests to talk to him about this incident - so much for customer service. I'd even used his co. to take my son to school for an entire year. But my last experience the other day was hellacious... due to some very crude and rude employees. After keeping me waiting for an hour (I even had an appt.), they decided to refuse to take me over the bridge... since I told them I was not happy with them taking someone else before me and causing the long wait. Their excuse was "well we told you ahead on the phone that there were others ahead of you", which was absolutely not true. When I pointed that out, they said - "forget it!... we have the right to not serve you". After waiting unnecessarily for an hour, to be so disrespected and told I don't know what I'm talking about, and won't be driven...which then forced me to change my (8hr) drive ahead of me, causing additional stress, was just totally unacceptable. These people act nuts... their attitude stinks to high heaven. That causes more stress than the Bay Bridge! It's not worth it. Very sadistic people... especially knowing people are there, at their mercy, because of their phobias... and that's the way they're going to treat them? They're loose cannons! Be careful who you allow to drive you!
