We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and asked if we needed any help. Very pleased with the service and knowledge of the sales rep. He listened to our needs and asked questions to help us better determine what type of shoe we needed. Very patient in helping us select the shoes we were looking for and we were there at least a half hour. Absolutely no sales pressure. We found the most comfortable, perfectly fitting running shoes we have ever worn. When we need new shoes, we will be going back to Rogan's in Steven's Point.
