Whomever the phone wench was that answers the phone obviously gets great thrills in elementary games with hanging up on people instead of being professional. I had a very legitimate reason to call stemming from something that happened with us being a client of this firm over 5 years ago. Instead of asking if she could help, what I needed, or whom was I looking for she just coyly said "wrong number" CLICK. She did this twice. Is this how people do business now? She OBVIOUSLY is not a lawyer in the firm but who is to say that I did not need other services? Whatever the case, this place is horribly rude and no one that I would ever entrust with ANYTHING in my life!
