The hallmark of our service is menu and event customization. Each event and menu is created especially for you so that it reflects the tastes of you and your guests. Your very own personal chef will be at your beck and call to provide you with your every culinary wish and desire and make your event as special as you imagine! Entertaining is easy when all the work is done for you! Having a personal chef means you get to relax and enjoy your event while we take care of all the time-consuming tasks involved in cooking for you and your guests. We will shop for your groceries, come to your home with our own utensils and equipment, prepare your meals; then serve them to you and your guests. We will then clean your kitchen and leave nothing behind but the smell of great food and any leftovers for you to enjoy! We offer customized menus featuring a variety of healthful, mouthwatering dishes using the finest and freshest vegetables and top quality meats and seafood. Chef Marlon Angelo Jackson is a professional Le Cordon Bleu trained, ServSafe and ACF certified chef able to provide casual or fine dining as requested in the comfort of your own home. Fast forward to 2012 and Chef Marlon is now an honored graduate of Le Cordon Bleu with a degree in Culinary Arts and a candidate for a Bachelor’s in Culinary Management. He is certified through ServSafe for food and alcohol handling. He is also a member of the American Personal & Private Chef Association (APPCA) and a American Culinary Federation (ACF) Certified Culinarian. He is also a Sous Chef of the Holiday Inn - Pittsburgh Airport and Iron City Grille in Pittsburgh, PA.
