This place is cheap in quality and lack customer service. Owner is rude and bullish. I'm never ever taking my car to this place again (..even if angel comes down and tells me this place i's changed..lol) STAY AWAY!!!

I have finally found a mechanic I can trust. I have been to Sterling Star Automotive about 5 times & have received excellent customer service each time. Ive taken my Mercedes in for both routine maintenance & for car trouble & have had only positive experiences. One visit I was even told that my car was fine when I thought there was something wrong with it. As a single female who doesn't know a lot about cars, it has been such a relief to find honest, hardworking people to work on my car.
