Fixing problems proves how good a company is.
Overall we had a wonderful experience with Sterling Appliance, an issue at the end threatened to blow things up however when we said we were unhappy we were contacted by the store and our problem was completely resolved. When things are going well life is easy, its when there are challenges that get resolved that shows the quality of who you're dealing with.
Thank you everyone at Sterling Appliance for a wonderful resolution and a fantastic kitchen.
Sterling Appliance sales/service depts backs up their work/installation w/the correct appliances to meet our Owners needs. Appreciate all that Deanna did at one of our Mged Props in Springfield.
I have to say that Im a bit shocked that there are so many less than great reviews. We rent from a property management company who got us in touch with Sterling Appliances when our dishwasher needed to be replaced. We set up a time between 12-2pm and I told the clerk that I was available by phone anytime that day. Around 10:30 this morning, Miguel called me and said that if I was home, he could come earlier if that was more convenient for me. Of course it was! He showed up at 11am and asked me a few questions and then said that I could go about my business and he would let me know when he needed me. Within an hour, he had the old one out and the new one in and had tidied up! He called me downstairs to make sure that I knew what all of the new buttons meant and he was on his way! He was very nice and polite. They did a wonderful job and I hope that if anything else in our home needs replaced, our property management uses them again.
Highly recommend. Very professional, responsive and ethical. Was very happy with the repair of our refrigerator.
I bought a Bosch microwave from Sterling Appliance and had a great experience. The installers were very nice and the microwave works great.
I recently purchased a GE stackable washer and dryer from Sterling Appliance. My sales person, was absolutely outstanding! She was very helpful in assisting me with the selection and purchase of a stackable unit the would fit in a constrained laundry space. The installer was equally outstanding. He was very meticulous in his work and took great care in installing the unit in expert fashion. Special mention must be made of his determination in ensuring that the drain pan properly fit the laundry space. My sincere thanks to Sterling Appliance for their professionalism and dedication.
We were in the market for a refrigerator and ended up purchasing the fridge, dishwasher, and a cook-top. The staff was great, there was no up-selling. As a matter of fact, the agent recommended a less expensive option that he said was a better value. :)
My wall oven/microwave broke and when I went to look for replacements, I did not realize how expensive wall oven combos can be (on average $2700). I called Sterling Appliance to see if they did repairs and whether or not itd be worth fixing. The guys they sent were very courteous, knowledgeable,and professional. It turned out to be the element and since they didnt have one on hand, they called in for a part, picked it up and replaced it all within in an hour. Best of all, the cost! Ill call them for all of my appliance and service needs.

About a week after buying new appliances for my home, I noticed a dent in the freezer door. I am not sure if it was always there or if it was caused by one of my children. When I called Sterling Appliance to order a replacement door, they stated they would fix it free of charge, despite me not knowing when the dent occurred. This company provides excellent customer service and I would highly recommend them.
They got some good staff and they know the stuff , bought few appliance and happy about the process !!!
Really happy with my experience. I ordered a new range and spoke with their salesman. He was really helpful and knowledgeable. On the day that my range was delivered I was surprised that my salesman, was also one of my installers, but it makes sense since he knew so much about the product. They installed the range very quickly and I was cooking in no time. Im planning on slowly remodeling my kitchen and Ill be sure to get all my appliances from Sterling Appliance. Thanks so much!
Had a leaky bottom freezer drawer on my Kitchen Aid refrigerator. The service was set up quickly and the technician, diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly. He was very nice and professional. Will definitely use again.
Excellent experience. I did my research from out of state and then went to their online app to look at what they carried. I called and ordered a dishwasher and arranged for delivery/installation in two weeks when we were in town. I got a call that morning from the serviceman Miguel that he was on the way. He arrived and was very efficient and knowledgeable.He stayed with it and got us up and running quickly. Very please with our experience and never stepped inside the store
Extremely happy with our fast, courteous, and professional repair job by Sterling Appliance! The defrost freezer drain for our Maytag refrigerator had clogged, and water was starting to drip down onto the top shelves of the fridge section. Sterling scheduled us within just a few days (not an emergency, and our calendar wasnt free sooner, so we were happy with the scheduling). They quickly located the problem and disassembled the freezer back, defrosting and clearing the blockage, and testing it to make sure all was good. Would definitely use them again.
I ordered a freezer about three weeks ago. The absolute BEST service I have EVER had !!! the sales person was great - professional and extremely helpful. I would definitely use this company again.
Dale was great from Sterling Appliance. He had the parts and diagnosed it in under 10 minutes. My dryer is back in business and everything went well. I got a phone call with his ETA and he showed me the nonworking piece. He was super polite and in the window of the estimated time of arrival. Staff was great setting up the appointment. Will use this company again.
