General Info
Use coupon code "YellowAppliance" to receive a complimentary appliance recall check! NextDay Inspect® stands apart from typical inspectors in that we are made up of professionals that have decades of experience that span all components of a home, including, but not limited to, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, energy conservation, windows, doors, roofs, and exterior as well as landscaping. We also perform radon testing using most advanced technology for continuous monitoring and measuring Radon levels at your home. What makes this work so interesting is that each house is different. Each day we are presented with a fresh new puzzle that we must understand and solve for the homeowner's safety, security, enjoyment, and prolonging the lifetime of the structure and systems in the house. Our company and its cadre of inspectors must have a certification from a reputable training facility. Currently, the State of Virginia and District of Columbia do not license home inspection. NextDay Inspect is certified through the International Association of Commercial and Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). All our inspectors must pass the InterNACHI Inspector test with a grade of 80 or higher and have 5 years of experience in HVAC, energy auditing, construction and background in building science. New inspectors are mentored so they meet the high standards we require at NextDay Inspect. Additionally, we are certified members of the American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists (AARST) and part of the National Radon Proficiency Program (NRPP) through the National Environmental Health Association.
