Provided by YP.comUsually helpful.. inventory could be better.. i have to drive to other branches to find things that I need and even then items are not available and have to be ordered.

Provided by YP.comI was shopping at the Dulles Town Crossing store yesterday and had a very unpleasant experience. Let me preface this email by saying I usually shop at the Reston Store and have never had an unpleasant interaction with any of the staff.
I walked into the Dulles Town Crossing store wheeling in one of your shopping carts that was left in the parking lot. I was immediately confronted by a young man at the front door with "the carts belong outside" in a very gruff tone of voice. He preceded to tell me that it was " no big deal to take the cart back outside". I told him he clearly lacked customer service skills and asked for his name. He said it was "Dakota", no last name and no ID badge. I requested to speak to a manager and talked with a man named Rustin Jamerson. I related the incident to him and told him that Dakota was not a good spokeperson at the front door of a Best Buy.
I hope this was an isolated incident but from the tone of Dakota's voice, I am not too sure about that.
