The inspectors were nice enough but there were a few items that were missed. They looked at the attic but didn't inform me that there was debris all over. I could've put in the contract that I wanted the debris removed but now I have to do it myself. They were also very slow in sending out the report. I had to call there office over the course of a week two times to have them send it. No computer print out on the spot. They emailed it to me a week later but it took almost two weeks to get the photos.
