If I could give them 0 stars I would. Worst experience! They do not know how to do alterations at all. My bussel was a silver hook on the back of my dress that stuck out like a sore thumb! It looked like a spider was crawling up my butt! I am not happy with the customer service at all. They are extremely rude. Every time I called to scheduled my own fittings ( which I shouldn't of had to do) they act like you are a stranger and it takes them forever to make a slight change BEWARE!
