Since 1957 Universal-Macomb Ambulance is one of the premiere ambulance transport providers in Southeast Michigan. The company provides a variety of ambulance and transport services while serving a number of public safety agencies in the service area. In addition to the numerous health care facilities in which it services, Universal is the exclusive ambulance provider to a number of special venues. The mission of Universal-Macomb Ambulance Service is to provide high quality patient care to the patients, communities and institutions that it serves. Headquartered in Sterling Heights, Mich., Universal-Macomb Ambulance Service is a privately owned company that employs nearly 250 people.
