I ordered a Smoked Turkey Glazed for Mothers Day 2013. I called to ask questions as to how large the Turkey Breast was, I got some one the reasonably respectful. However, when I got to the store 3 hours before it closed to pick up my order, the person I spoke with over the phone a couple of days before told me that they were out of Turkey Breast, he would glaze a frozen one for me! The day before Mothers Day????? I planned my meal around the Turkey Breast! He also told me that they do not look at the online orders???? The why may I ask is there an online order form???? I sat in the parking lot for about 15 to 20 minutes, and saw people go in and come out with their orders. I don't know if it was Turkey, but they had their order orders! I hate to play the "Race Card", but the way this played out, it is the only conclusion I can come up with. "Give me a frozen Turkey" the day before the day I needed it come on now! RATING = "Zero Star" - to submit had to put at least one star.
