Jeff Moon is unethical. His company has not followed through on agreed terms. Failed to provide "make goods" or discounts for technical errors on two sperate occasions. He has contacted a client directly, soliciting business in an effort to go around the actual company that hired him (thankfully unsuccessful in his attempt). Jeff Moon has made unsubstantiated and false statements regarding proficiency and capabilities, on more than one occasion, to clients and piers within the industry. Overall a very negative experience. When hiring a company for video production it's not only about the companies gear, but also the personality, ethics, and professionalism. In my experiences Jeff Moon Production Services falls well short on ethics and commitment to client satisfaction.
