When they did show up they were great. Out of a scheduled 16 visits my therapist showed up for 8, most of the time never having the courtesy to call and let me know they were not coming. I could also count on them to be 30-45 minutes late. On the days I had therapy I could not make other plans because of this unreliability. Like I said, when they did actually show up they did provide great care, but at the inconvenience of me, the patent.

This home care is very reliable. They treat their patients like their own family! They are professional and know what they are doing. The staff is very friendly. I would definitely recommend this home care to my friends and family! :)
