I found this company to be belittling, conniving, the totals do not match the bills and they yell at you if you question them on their billing practices. DO not use. It is a mess.

Adaptive Environments is a caring company with great employees. They show that they really care about each of their customers' needs. They will come out and give you an honest estimate with no hidden fees. I would definitely use them in the future.
Contacted Adaptive Environments on replacement of our 1970's lift. Meet with Mr. Earl & Mark Bosley June 14th, 2006. Revieved drawings for new lift on August 15, discovered error in upper landing door. Lift was delivered on October 03, 2006 with wrong Lower door. October 17 the lower door was delivered with wrong frame. As of November 07, 2007, fit and finish is not complete.
