My name is Beau Mayo, founder of Erath Capital Investments, LLC, where we pride ourselves on providing excellent service and quality housing and commercial properties in the Stephenville, Texas and the greater North Texas area. I got started in the real estate business during my college days at Tarleton State University in the early 90s doing almost all of the remodeling work myself. As a kid, I was very competitive in wrestling and competed in, and won several state and national tournaments. I rode bucking horses in high school and college, and for 10 years professionally in the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA). Today, my challenges are taking distressed properties, and restoring or remodeling them to 'like new' condition.
