If I could give less than one star I would. I spoke with Luke, who claimed to be the owner, about my car being illegally towed and he was completely disrespectful and even had the nerve to hang up on me. Horrible customer service all around.

I waited 3 hours for a tow when I had been told it would be 30 minutes. Frustrating. I understand they might have been busy but still. .... called another business and had a tow truck in 20 minutes.
