They were extremely helpful! Kind and friendly folks. They retrieved the files the day the damage was done. They were very honest on the assesment and ordered new replacement parts that came in the very next day! They even shipped my computer back to me when I went away for winter break. Highly recommend

I've had two disappointing exchanges with Staunton Computer Repair. The gentleman who runs it is nice enough, but I've had frustrating wait times and unkept promises about my pieces of equipment. After holding my equipment for three weeks, I get it back only to find it still broken. Considering the price and the alternatives in Staunton, I am never going back.

My son recently broke the screen on my iPhone, after visiting my local Verizon store they said it would need to be sent off for repair. At that point I asked him if there was any place I could get it fixed that day and he pointed me to a computer repair shop in Staunton. I took a chance and drove from Charlottesville and was meet by Scott who welcomed me in and told me the repair would take about an hour and told me about a good coffee shop across the parking lot. Well after a cup of coffee and a few emails later I go back and my iPhone is done and looking like new. They even added a screen protector. I would recommend these guys to anyone! Thanks again
