There’s a reason these guys have been in business for 20 years – excellent front desk service from the business side. Excellent customer service from the tech. I work as an IT program manager and have seen plenty of good and bad technicians. Great service. Keep it up!
This company is the best! I can't remember the first mans name (Sorry), but he worked for two hours until closing on my computer. This morning Owen worked for another four hours painstakingly removing virus and malware problems. He explained everything in terms that I could understand and was extremely helpful! My computer is back and I didn't lose anything.....these people are awesome!

I brought my PC into their store to check out about a problem with overheating and a secondary less severe problem with an inability to turn on my PC after moving its location. They said they would call me before doing anything with an estimate. They didn't fix my problem, instead they found it in themselves to; update my drivers, scan for viruses, and uninstall my Norton Antivirus software making it so i have to pay again even with my PIN. This then furthered their incompetence by turning a frivolous sixty dollar bill into and additional forty-five for another year of Norton. I would not recommend their service. If you read this only to be burned by them, that is your choice to not head an articulate caveat. Thanks. -J
