If I could put this review at 100 stars, I would. I brought a ring into Statesville Jewelery & Loan Co. to be sized down because I had called around and they were the least expensive (by a LOT compared to other jewelers!) and friendliest. It took them a little longer than they had said it would to do - but WOW - I am fine with that.... Because, this was not just a plain ring - it has a very detailed, deep embossing the whole way around it. They told me everything that might show on it to make it smaller (i.e. a line, maybe a flat spot, etc.) When I got there and they gave me the ring, it fit perfectly. I looked the whole way around it and I could not see ANYTHING 'fixed' at all - no line, the detailed parts looked untouched. It was perfect. I still cannot believe how he did it SO GOOD!!! Plus, they are super nice people. Thanks JEM!
