Business History

Dr. O'Neill received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in Chicago, Illinois in 1983. He completed his post-graduate residency training in podiatric surgery at West Allegheny Hospital, in Oakdale, Pennsylvania. Dr. O'Neill has been licensed to practice in North Carolina since 1984.
