I know alot of ppl have a fear of the dentist but mine is so severe that my last dentist dropped me as a patient because they said my anxiety was too high. I went to dr. Wolff and have also seen dr. Gonsalves. Both dentists were patient and calming. Anytime i needed to pause they were more than willing to accomodate me. They were professional and answered every question i had and made sure i was at ease with their explainations. The staff has always been couteous and professional while being cheerful and sympathetic. They r more than willing ti discuss financial issues and offer solutions. It makes all the difference in the world to be taken seriously when you have had prior bad experiences. I would highly recommend this office to anyone of any age for any of their dental needs.

The ladies that work here are bored individuals with no hearts or souls. They called dss on me and made lies up on me. Kicked me out of the office after saying they would help me watch my kids bc they couldn't go in the room with me, so I had to go see another dentist and have a root canal, but it was too late and I wound up having to have a extraction. Thanks to these unprofessional ladies who chose to attack me that day bc they had nothing better to do.

Dr. Wolff and Dr. G are both very nice and professional. We started going here because they are the only practice in town who accept our discount dental savings plan. The wait is usually long but that is to be expected because I assume they accept all types of insurance / medicaid. The receptionists and hygienists are always very friendly. I am giving 3 stars just because I feel like the wait times are very long which is hard when you are a full time working parent. However, the quality of service and the dentists themselves are worth 4-5 stars.

Being terrified of going to the Dentist, I have put it off for a very long time. I finally went to Gonsalves & Wolff, and my fears have been laid to rest. I have had experience with both dentists and they are both very good. Not only did they make me feel comfortable and relaxed, the procedures I've had thus far have went very well and practically pain free. The staff there is always courteous and ready to help in any way possible. I highly recommend Gonsalves & Wolff.

Both doctors are good, honest, caring doctors. They make you feel at ease. Every employee is Extremely nice. I don't know what happened in the past but they are great now.

I sure was stupid to not read the other reviews first! It would have saved me a lot of time, pain, and money had I done so! I decided to try them out since a friend told me they were good. Please don't make the same mistake and come here!!! While the folks were nice to tolerable, the work Dr. Wolff did on me back in June- well, I'm still not over it yet. To make a long long story short, I've NEVER been in so much pain in all my LIFE!!! Not only did I have to go to the ER, but also had to go back to Dr. Wolff several times for him to fix his mistakes! And even though he never finished the work, because I finally decided not to go back, they charged me for the full amount of incomplete work, and not only that- it really gets good here: When I first went, they gave me the price they said insurance would pay, well, after going back several times, they called me and told me my insurance didn't give them the correct amount they would pay so I have to pay more than what they told me in the beginning!!! Now, doesn't that sound fishy?

DON'T GO! I was left in a chair with my gums numb for an extraction for 1 hr and 20 mins!. A lot of commotion was going on with children running all over the place. I guess they belong to the employees. My first time there they seem to have it all together but it truly is unprofessional to leave someone sitting there that long without checking on them. By the time the dentist came in he asked me if I was still numb I felt some had wore off and he told me he would be right back. I waited another 15 min or so. With all of talking and kids running about, I decided to walk out. I still have a major tooth ache and wasted about 2 /12 to 3 hrs of MY time. I will never recommend this 3 ring circus they call a dentist office to anyone every again. It only takes someone to come in and explain to you whats going on. You don't leave people hanging for ever. It's inconsiderate and unprofessional. I felt like I was at a cattle call waiting there. Also, it would probably be helpful to leave the kids at home. Its already nerve racking when you have to sit and wait!

Once again another unhappy customer. I will NEVER again go there or recommend anyone to use their services! Waiting in the dentist chair for an hour and a half for a tooth extraction is totally unprofessional and unexceptionable! If an emergency came up they could come to you like professional people do and explain. You don't ever let your patients sit like that. To the dentist, dont't forget we have many choices here and with the service you just provided you are going to lose many customers.

I have been a patient of both Doctors Gonsalves and Wolff for over a year now. They are both excellent dentists and I have had extensive work done. The assistants and office staff are awesome. They are professional and kind and go out of their way to see that I am happy when I leave. My two teenagers love to go to their office also. Even my husband who hates dentists had a good experience. We have recommended them to many friends who are also very pleased with their treatment. I would recommend Gonsalves and Wolff to anyone in need of a good dentist.

If you plan on spending all day to get a cleaning, then go to this Dentist. I was waiting hours for a cleaning that had been scheduled for 6 months. Oh but they were alittle behind! What! A LITTLE, you mean you overbook. A man came in and said where is my wife? Her appointment was over 3 and 1/2 hours ago. He then found out, she just was brought in and nothing had been done yet. OUR time is just as valuable as theirs!

I waited 6 months, why did I have to wait AGAIN because of poor planning in scheduling. My husband had the same problem last week. He took a day off from work to get some appointments taken care of. Nevertheless he waited hours and did not get seen. When we schedule a cleaning we don't intend to block out 5 hours of our time. The only patients they cater to is Medicaid kids. So if you are paying, find anothet place with some good scheduling and dentists. My husband got 2 fillings there and they both fell out! Save yourself the time and go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!

I personally have not had any dealings with the office manager Denna as listed in the other postings, probably lucky for us both, but I love this dental office. I have never been treated with anything but respect and courtesy. On my last visit for dental work, a patient who was being seen turned out to need a root canal. I had already been numbed and it seemed I was waiting longer than I had before. Four of the office staff including both the receptionists came to check on me and all four apologized for my inconvenience and offered to reschedule if I wanted. Dr. Wolff came in a short while later and apologized also, and got straight to work to finish me up. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs quality services at an affordable price. And because of the staff there, I would never let one singly rude person keep me away. Usually if there are enough complaints about a person, they are the ones who don't stay.

Had an appointment a couple of weeks ago, Left very unhappy because of the rude manager very unprofessional I agree with the other reviews Dr. Gonsalvez is so great. But I will not be going back.

omg i totally i agree with you 100% i visit the office for the first time because of my mom she went to get a emergency extrantion and the manager denna was very rude to us she was mean,got in a smart attitude with my mom and me she was just a complete rude person! i do not recoment this office to anybody!! but i feel bad for the doctors because they are really nice specially dr wolf they really need to do something about there manager.

Her name is denna, she is very unprofessional and rude. The doctors on the other hand are very nice and perform great dentistry. I had a very unpleasant visit at this office due to the management.
