Established in 1926, Gilbert Engineering Company has partnered with customers to design and build construction projects, such as industrial site work and buildings, related infrastructure, water quality improvement projects, water and wastewater treatment plants and water and sewer line installation. The company s service area includes North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. Some of its projects include Auto Research Center, Carolina Tractor, J. C. Steele & Sons Inc. and Statesville Business Park. Gilbert Engineering Company is a member of Greater Statesville Chamber of Commerce, Carolinas AGC, Inland Building Systems and The Associated General Contractors (AGC) of America.
