If you have any questions make sure to call first because walking into the actual store location is a horrifying customer experience. they would rather have two people talk over you than stop and listen to your questions. when one of the sales staff got tired of listening to me try and explain, she dropped the hose in question on the floor and walked away. When we talked to another sales staff we were told that we must have said something to upset her. We ended up walking out, with no answers to our questions. So in short if you want to see the place where customer service went to die, by all means stop by Thompson Pools & Supplies. the only reason one star is posted is because i must rate to post.
