Exactly. I know the request might have seen somewhat vain and anal which yes I can be anal about some things...but that shouldn't matter. All that it comes down to is that the customer should come first especially when spending a lot of money..like I said I do modeling and get them done for a little extra kick. I have always had good experiences before this and like some of the other employees but I'm afraid if I go back they will look at me as a burden which is not a good feeling to have when you're giving these people your MONEY. I have spent so much there.

They're usually pretty nice to me...I usually get only pedicures though. They do seem to rush through the pedicures though so sometimes I mix up my salons depending...that's dissapointing to hear about your experience- you are right. The fact that you spent so mug money on the lashes should mean you should get them done however you like. Customer comes first.

This same individual said to me that I look in the mirror too much. The reason the unevenness bothered me is because I do modeling and a friend pointed out to me that it was uneven. Extremely rude.

When you pay a lot of money for lashes 125 for first time and 35 for fill ins everytwo weeks...you would think the person who did them would want YOU to like them. I came back because there was a part that didn't look as thick as the other eye and he would not fix them. Obviously it bothered me enough to come back in...horrible customer service if you ask me.
