Bulloch Telephone Cooperative was formed in 1951 to meet the needs of telephone service to the people of Bulloch County, Ga. The company offers modern telecommunication services to its members, as well as advanced technology, which includes Internet access, voice mail, custom calling, paging and cellular service. Digital subscriber line service is provided over a customer's existing telephone line. It does not interfere with or limit the usage of a customer's normal telephone service. The digital subscriber line is bundled with Bulloch Telephone Cooperative s BullochNet Internet service as a single-service offering.

Provided by YP.comI have had telephone and internet service with Bulloch Telephone Cooperative since 2008 and have never had an issue. My internet went down in the middle of the day on a Saturday and it was promptly repaired within 3 hours. Customer service was excellent and the repairman was very knowledgeable and professional.

The catch here is with the telephone . You cant have the internet without the phone . I would venture to say that not many homes do anymore today ,so WHY are we forced to have pay for something that we dont use? Are people who live in the county being taken advantage of? Why would Bulloch telephone members allow this to go on ? Im all for pro business ,but a monopoly is overboard. And when you ask them about it they say Well !! its in the by-laws.

it is hard to believe after paying my bill my service was shut off.your intension to cost your customers more money by charging a reconnection fee and the gas money to drive to your location to have your service reconnected comes down to pure thievery,if your intent was to collect a reconnection fee, could you not have informed me that i needed to pay more money when i payed the bill.when i called for the reason my service was disconnected,i was informed i missed the deadline of 8am on 2 march 2015 by paying the bill at 1045 am and that it would be back on in the afternoon on the same day.it was not back on when i was told it would be. this makes me believe that your people will lie to your customers to collect more money from them.i would not think that your business would resourt to such meens for a few extra dollars.

Provided by YP.comThese people must think they are the only gig in town. They are rude on the phone and useless in the office. No one person knows much about anything and has to get someone else to finish anything. Once we were set up we realized much of what they told wasn't (Free Install, Connection Speeds etc). After they installed the TV service only 1 of 3 of my TVs have a viewable signal, they rest are almost completely static. Internet comes and goes, mostly goes. Called them more than 3 times over 1.5 month period and they said Technical support would come or call or both. Nothing has ever been done. I work and don't have time to call them a million times a day. I never in a million years thought I would miss comcast. I can not say enough about how much I dislike Bulloch County Telephone Co. It is a mystery to me how they stay in business. I mainly use my cell phone for internet when i really need to do anything and we are switching to satellite for TV.

customer with respect, and what company charge $50.00 to turn service on after been disconected. Plus you have to have a home phone to used you internet service, if you don't need home phone you are give them you money for nothing.
