Worst experience I ever had buying a phone. They gave me a note 9 with a business account without telling me that the 10 was coming out the next day. I go back to get the 10 and now they tell me I was never eligible for a device payment plan and took back my 9 and 10. The first day it took 5 hours to get the phone, then I wanted in the parking lot for 2 hours the next day for the new phone and they told me to come back the next day. I come back and now lost both phones, all my time and have to wait for my $400 deposit which they couldn't even tell me what it was for. Please don't shop at this store, especially for business accounts
