Michael A. Savino, MD is a board certified urologist. He is trained and certified in robotic/ laparoscopic surgery. His practice includes endoscopic stone surgery, urologic cancer therapy and benign urologic diseases such as infections and BPH. He has published journal articles, poster sessions, and previously was clinical instructor at New York Medical College and the Physician Assistant program at St Johns University as well as Clinical Professor at Downstate Medical Center. He has been recognized in New York Magazine's best doctors annually since 1998 up to and including 2023 . He is a member of the American Cancer Society and NYPD Police Surgeon(honorary) . He is Associate Director Emeritus Division of Urology at Staten Island Hospital and presently Director of Quality .
