I used Go Jetters this morning, they showed up on time (always appreciated!), they had been recommended by one of my co-workers who lives in Brooklyn. The tech that came, Joey, was very professional and knew a great deal about my sewers and the different types of pipes in my house, he used the camera to look into the pipes and see where the issues were. I have a large, quite old property and it seems there is always something backing up or leaking as it gets older. Often, when I use a company like this I feel rushed into making a financial decision, the tech never made me feel uncomfortable, and as a single mother that is important.
I'm always reluctant to use a service for the first time, but i'm happy I did. They fixed everything and for what I would consider to be a reasonable price.
