I have a 2 family house, recently married, struggling like the rest of us when my tenants decide they are saving for there own house and cant pay the rent but will not move out. I didnt know how to proceed. I called the first company on google, completely useless, only wanted to get paid and had no knowledge of the procedure only wanted to meet me on the street, couldn't answer any questions. I called Borowide, the woman there spent 20 minuets with me answered every question. I picked up the form, went to there office, we both went over it, she notarized it ( free) and a few days later I received my proof of service. EXCELLENT work, my tenants finally moved!
