My Jeep Grand Cherokee key fob died and I changed the battery but it still would not work. I found Bob's on the internet and took a shot. I am so glad I did. I dealt with the nicest gentleman Mike who actually got to the store early just for me. What Jeep would have charged at least a hundred dollars more and 3 hours, Mike did for much less and in 10-15 minutes. The new key works perfectly. They are my new go-to locksmiths and I recommend them highly.

I chose this merchant based on their A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau (highest possible rating). When I called the store, it was answered by Bob, the Owner who was very patient and answered questions I had for different brands of locks. Bob also tried to save me money by pointing out that I could save money by rekeying my existing lock instead of purchasing a new one. I requested same day service as I had to take time off from work to do this. The actual locksmith Danny called me back shortly after I sopke to Bob, and told me he could come to my house at 3:00, but when I said I needed an earlier appointment he accommodated my request and came at 12:00 noon even on a busy Monday schdeule. While working on my lock, Danny noticed that my existing lock was not properly installed, and point it out to me explaining that the prior locksmith had jammed a plate underneath my lock to "make it fit" the hole on the door. Needless to say, the improperly installed lock was not secured. Danny took his time to install my lock to make sure that there was a perfect fit, and he even fixed my door knob which had loose screws without my asking. I am very happy with their skilled and courteous service and they certainly stand up to their A+ rating. I would highly recommend Bob's Locksmith to anyone!
