The Albanian Islamic Cultural Center, also known as AICC, is one of the biggest masjids in the United States. The center is a three-storey structure that occupies more than 11,000 square feet of space. It also features over 23,000-square-foot parking place. The Albanian Islamic Cultural Center publishes a selection of Islamic books and magazines. In addition, the center helps children who have lost their relatives. It offers opportunities for supporting orphans. The Albanian Islamic Cultural Center operates Miraj Islamic School, which provides classes in language arts, mathematics, social studies and Qur'anic studies. The chool s facilities maintain a gym, cafeteria and conference hall.
