• Landscape Lighting
  Adco was privileged to be a trusted trade partner responsible for the exterior lighting project. The project won many industry awards in 2009, the year it was completed. And the Yankees won the World Series!

General

• Electrical Repairs
  The RUMC master plan also included a self-sustaining on-site electricity plant designed to fuel the campus, which is especially critical during storms and natural disasters. The renovation was an exciting accomplishment, as the hospital had to maintain operations throughout the rebuild. The project progressed with an essential designation during the COVID-19 pandemic. This included additional safety and regulatory compliance per OSHA and the NYC Department of Buildings for safety compliance. Adco was responsible for all electrical work, including the installation of a new electrical distribution system, a high-end lighting fixture and lighting control package, fire alarm, smoke control, and nurse call systems.

Safety and Security

• Fire Alarm Systems
  This expansive project was done in numerous phases. Adco provided base building electrical and fire alarm for the addition, the food court, the movie theater, and dozens of independent businesses within the Mall. Adco has had a presence in the complex since 2018 and continued to provide electrical and fire alarm services for on-going interior tenant construction projects.
