Listen, if you want to have an appointment at 3pm, get there on time, sit in the waiting room for 50 minutes, get moved into the patient room, wait there another 20 minutes, get apologized to for the vet or tech being behind schedule, AGAIN, then have the tech or the vet NOT listen to what you are telling him or her regarding your pets ailment and then have to bring your pet to another vet to be properly cared for in a timely fashion... If that's what you want, then by all means you should go to State Road Animal Hospital.
