An absolute gem of a business. The owners are super-competent, very talented and bend over backward to take care of their customers. I have consistently patronized this business for over 7 years and have no complaints. Their products are exactly as I asked for and always on time. Their customer service is excellent and the owners are such a plus for downtown State College. I feel sorry for their workers though when the BRIDEZILLA'S are in the store or screeching over the phone. I don't know how these guys do it but they both have good business acumen and each has a great sense of humor which is a necessity for this kind of retail store and their dogs help bring the tension down in the store when the estrogen goes flying. Will always come back for my business needs! Great employees too!

I had expected to have some wonderful flowers for my wedding however when I finally saw them before the ceremony I was a little disappointment. The flowers were a little wilted which was not their doing but our own, however the bouquets were a lot smaller than I thought they'd be, especially mine. I was to have a cascading bouquet but mine looked exactly like my bridemaids bouquets with a few pieces sticking out. I had expected the flower vases to be a bit fuller but they looked okay. They did a wonderful job at my friends wedding so I was a little surprised when I saw my flowers. If you decide to go with this florist I'd recommend you ask them to do a sample bouquet to make sure it's exactly what you want. I also would deal with the owners directly, they were very friendly and helpful. The young lady they have working for them was rude and brass at times and definitely could lose the attitude.
