One of the easily most unprofessional establishments I have ever had the displeasure in dealing with. After a call a month for 4 months due to our water usage supposedly tripling in one month, causing a huge bill, the "President" of the company explained to me that our bill was due to nonpayment in the months of Jan and Feb. He didn't have any recollection of our prior conversations and also didn't have the faintest clue as to what he was talking about considering we had (thank god) records through our bank of all deposited checks in said months. It is unfortunate in this day and age that honest people who pay their bills on time get treated in this manner. I pray for the day when hard working people actually have a choice in utility companies, as opposed to being forced upon them by random chance. They are like the old Eagles' song lyric. "Leave a message. Maybe I'll call." (But probably not)
