This place is full of mold and they will do everything to cover it up. My bathtub was falling through the floor and a very nice guy who started doing maintenance fixed it and was fired. Now all crack heads doing maintenance and just barely repairing anything and you have to beg. They reak of alcohol and cuss and are so unpleasant you will just want out of your lease. I am trying and they say they will sue me so im having a mold expert and code enforcement come to my place hopefully they will get something done. DO NOT STAY HERE. IT MAYBE A GOOD LOCATION BUT HORRIBLE TO LIVE AT

Do not stay here. This is the absolute worst place in Starkville. Roaches every where. Maintenance does not respond to requests in a timely fashion. Most people who stay here got suckered in by the cheap price. The place is horrible and is falling apart and is dang near unfit for living. Management is stupid. They are hardly in office and when they are they are not tending to the properties. Absolute piece of crap, you will be better off staying in a card board box.
