• Demolition
  Construction of a new substation at Mill Street and Lorenzo Street.  The work included site demolition, clearing and grubbing, earthwork, storm drainage, utility installation, and limestone surfacing on the four-acre site.  Malouf also performed all concrete work including access aprons, containment basins with embeds, equipment pads, and 140 drilled shafts with anchor bolt assemblies totaling 1,300 CY.

Landscaping and Fencing

  Construction of a new tram, bike, and pedestrian bridge crossing US Highway 90.  The project includes dedicated pathways for each –tram, bike, & pedestrian involving sitework, pile driving, excavation of old utilities and placement of new utilities, concrete placement for bridge deck, asphalt paving, and landscaping.
• Asphalt Paving
• Excavation
  Malouf Construction was selected for the site package portion of the new Altex Tube facility in Columbus.  The project includes site erosion control, clearing, excavation, fill, site water utilities, and construction testing.
• Retaining Walls
  Malouf was chosen to perform the sitework for a new visitor’s center.  Work included erosion control, clearing and grubbing, installing a storm drain collection system, installing timber pilings, asphalt and concrete paving, a retaining wall, striping, and signage.
