      We've used this company several times over the last three or four years for small problems (switches) and a larger problem (evap motor) and had really good interactions with them. Fair pricing on service calls ($65 I think) and reasonable parts pricing (if you can use the term "reasonable" on ANY a/c parts :-) ) Prompt service and good service guys. I'd recommend

      These guys are terrible! You have to call repeatedly for service, there is never a return call. I do not think that the person who answers the phone ever writes anything down. It is a terrible company to deal with, totally unresponsive. DO NOT EVER USE THEM!

      I've received the worst service of any buisiness I've ever dealt with from Hollis. Have been waiting for a/c repair for a month and a half during the hottest months of the summer, promised service and did not deliver at least 10 different times, never returned calls after telling me, "I will call you back." If I hadn't paid too much money for their tests already I would have called another company. I strongly recommend going elsewhere for a/c needs
