Overall the experience was fine. However, there were bumps. The car I received was dented, cigarette holes in the seat, door very creaky, and it was slighty dirty. Later I found out the car's tire was bad and the wheel would shake if I went over 50 in the car so I took it back. The CSR was awesome and exchanged it but there was no tag on the car so I got a ticket. They informed me that they would take care of it which was awesome! Upon returning the car, there were several workers sitting down and talking and discussing thing amongst themselves. When walking in I was greeting with silence and looks until someone came around the corner and greeted me. The individuals sitting down were discussing things loudly. They were very unprofessional as they laughed and 1 male went back and forth behind the counter to the front a few times showing pictures on his phone over and over. This 1 part brought the company down a notch and I saw them as being very unprofessional.
