i have been there and my husband we both got excellent care they did supply you with drinks and snacks .the people working there are the greastest people i would say overall they are clean and very nice thank you for your service

They are on the low, very low end of being a clean institution for cancer patients. when receiving chemo, they do not even put the cover over my port UNTIL I leave, hello? ya think germs arent in that place ?? They have no drinks to offer the patients. there are some donated snacks in the chemo bay most times, but no water fountain or bottle water to offer!? yeah there is a coke machine in the lobby, but dang, you can get better service in the ER!. Getting a call back is almost impossiable (Espically form the people in Tupelo!) and I have been there enough times to know that they arent that busy all day long. I have not seen one single person, besides myself (AND I DONT WORK THERE!) wipe down chairs and remotes, I swear I think they want us to get sick? Look, just because we have cancer dont mean we are dead! COME ON people, were ARE HERE FOR HELP!! Show that you care!? Would you want you loved one to be treated this way? I just want help for my loved one.
