We did not have a good experience with Campus Bookstore. There was a problem with our purchase and Campus Bookstore refused to help. We had to purchase another book when shipment from campus_bookstore did not arrive on time. Campus book store then charged a $20 "restocking" fee that is not mentioned in their published return policy. Employees tried to pass themselves off as managers, we got the run around with every conversation. Rude, unprofessional, and just plain, flat out unhelpful. Worst customer service experience I've ever had! Buyer beware!
