This place is unreasonable, unprepared, and unprofessional. Pumped my septic and was to also pump the lift station gray water at the same time. He was unprepared and didn't even try to move the cover on the lift station so I was charged for 2 trips? Why is it my problems that they are unpreparied to do the job the first time? First charge $185 to pump the septic, 2nd charge $140 for lift station gray water tank. I was there when he came out the 2nd time and I helped move the cover which with a bar can be moved by 1 person easily.
