I used Scott Harrison Plumbing a few times now and have had no issues. The are very professional and get the job done at very reasonable price. Recently, I had an disposal issue at my rental property and Shannon was able to get someone over the next day. She followed up w/ my tenants of when they would be arriving. Alvin, showed up as scheduled and called me with his diagnosis. He quoted me a fair price and I told him to fix it. What was very convenient was I did not have to be there. My tenant was happy with his service and so was I. Thanks!

I have been working with Scott for well over a decade. I am so glad knowing that I will receive really expert work for my needs. Sometimes there are little things like replacing shut-off valves with levers (easier on my hands); medium things like undersink piping, hot water heater, and garbage disposal; and to the big things -- a few times I have slab leaks and they solve the problem by making the solution no longer buried in concrete. Slick!! The staff is always responsive. Someone will also follow-up by phone to make sure all issues were addressed professionally and were to my liking. I like that as well.

Scott Harrison plumbing is a true professional and caring plumbing service from beginning to end! from the start they acted promptly as they knew our situation was serious, having no hot water in a restaurant is a serious matter. Victor was able to identify the problem quickly and get it solved and Shannon was on top of it as well making sure everything was going well and keeping us up on the times the plumbers would arrive daily. all in all you can tell this is a family owed business because they CARE about there customers and most importantly they're business. Shannon took my phone call as I was requesting urgent help. We had to shut the water shut off to our house because of a shower that could not be turned off. She was extremely kind and sympathetic. She stated she would give my call priority rating. Within about 4 hours, Scott arrived. His workmanship was without flaw. In the space of about 15 minutes, he corrected the plumbing problem and we had our water back on. Kudos to Scott Harrison Plumbing & Heating! We think they are the very best! Carol & Maynard Banta

From Shannon their dispatcher to their techs, Scott Harrison Plumbing is great! We had a water heater go out and Chris even checked the warranty for us on the old heater (which he was not obligated to do). I highly recommend their service plan as it will ultimately save you money if you live in one of the older So Cal homes (roto, pipes, etc.).

What a great customer oriented company. I used Scott Harrison Plumbing several years ago and was impressed in their professionalism at that time, so, I placed their information in my address book in case I needed plumbing services in the future. At that time I had a gas leak, and this time I had a gas leak in a different line. Alvin T. came to my home and presented me with an accurate assessment both cost and time to perform the job. Management has a superb team of professionals. Also, this time there was a plumbers apprentice who helped Alvin T. and I was impressed with him as well. In short, everyone with whom I interacted projected a favorable image on their company and themselves. Thank you!

About 15 years ago Scott Harrison came out to get my water running on Thanksgiving Day. I've been a satisfied customer ever since. This week they sent Alvin to my rental property to check on the water heater. He gave me the choices and I opted to replace it. It has always been a little difficult to communicate with these tenants because they are most comfortable speaking Japanese. Alvin spoke Japanese with them! The whole team was sensitive to the urgency of our tenants and out-performed the projected schedule. They called to let me know Alvin could be early. He had hot water running for my tenants within a couple of hours. As usual: dependable, personable and ready to exceed expectations. Excellent value!

The service man who installed my new toilet was Victor. He came right on time, was very efficient in the way he did the work. I have had Scott Plumbing do other plumbing repair work on my house and they have always done very good work.
