Located in Stamford, Conn., Westover Elementary is a magnet school that serves students from all areas within the Stamford Public Schools District community. It offers classes from grades kindergarten through five in various subjects, including English, social studies, science, math and language arts; reading, writing and problem solving. It also provides computer technology classes for grades three through five. The school offers health and physical education programs, music, dance, drama and arts. It offers a wide variety of sports and athletic activities, including football, soccer, tennis, softball and field hockey. It has a parent-teacher organization that plans a variety of activities for the students.
