Toquam Magnet School serves students in kindergarten through grade five. It provides a variety of educational, extracurricular and athletic activities. The school s academic curriculum includes various subjects, such as social studies, science, arts and mathematics. In addition, it offers a variety of art materials, including clay, paint, collage materials, fabric and drawing materials that encourage children to work in a range of media and styles. The school also provides opportunities for its students to participate in a variety of extracurricular activities and student organizations, such as math, reading, homework and chess clubs; a safety council; peer volunteers, suduko and young mariners. Toquam Magnet School is located in Stamford, Conn.
