My experiences here from the evening of 5/2009 to the morning of 5/21/09 were like something out of a bad movie about what can befall unwary travelers. Between my AAA & AARP memberships and the discount coupon I had picked up at a major rest stop I expected to pay something around $45 + tax. I was charged $75. My room was filthy littered with sharp shards of plaster. At 7:AM my room was in the middle of a Loud Construction Site. The office could or would not make the noise stop for even a minute. The manager, for whom I waited came and left without even responding to my messages that I needed to talk with him. Bad management and equally bad guest service characterized my stay. Great treatment for a disabled wheel chair bound traveler.
