CONS: After the sale, communication is VERY poor. New door we bought came in warped. I've now called 4 times to get service man to come out to order replacement door. STILL waiting to get a call back. Fortunately we have only paid 49% of the contract. They won't get paid the balance until door is fixed. PRO: Door looks very nice. Wood grain on fiberglass door is very realistic. If they replace the door and the new one is not warped we will revise rating to 4 stars.
